The ProMaster 9498 Dual Charger Kit is an especially convenient way to power lights without the hassle of power cords laying all over the floor or when a wall outlet is not available. Many LED light panels require two NP-F type batteries, making this Dual Charger Kit the perfect companion.
The dual charger has a convenient LCD screen to display approximate charge levels for each battery. It will automatically recognize an NP-F type battery inserted into either of its slots. It is also compatible with other brands and capacities of NP-F type batteries. Once a battery is inserted you can choose between a fast "High" charging mode or a slower "Low" charging mode. Using High mode is convenient when you are in a hurry while the Low mode focuses on long-term battery health and should be used in normal circumstances.
This unit will fully charge 1 of the included NP-F770 batteries from 0 to 100% in approximately 4 hours using High or 6 hours using Low. It will fully charge both of the included batteries in approximately 8 hours using High or 11 hours using Low.
Additional features include convenient charging from your automobile by using the 12V car cord (included with kit) and a USB-A output port on the charger for keeping your other mobile devices ready for use.
The 2 included batteries are high capacity 4,400 mAh units which use the best quality li-ion cells available. Unlike many other brands, these ProMaster batteries truly perform at or above their rated capacities.
