Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Impulse Camera Store Return and Exchange Policy

General Guidelines for Exchange and Return

(1) To be eligible for an exchange or return, customers must meet the following criteria:

• Present the original purchase receipt.
• Return or exchange items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and include all related materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
• The return or exchange must occur within 30 calendar days of the original purchase.
• Returned or exchanged items should be sent to the original shipping address.
• For purchases made with a credit card, refunds will be credited back to the same card. Allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your account.
• For purchases made by check, a refund check will be mailed after 10 business days from the initial deposit date of your check or 10 business days from the return date.

(2) The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items marked as non-returnable on their product page.
• Consumable items such as film, photo paper, and other sensitive materials, tapes, paper, bulbs, batteries, filters, software, and digital printers.
• Canvas backgrounds.
• Items in blister packaging that has been opened.
• Opened products from Apple or any CDs, DVDs, computer software, memory cards, and ink cartridges.
• Merchandise that was special-ordered or customized to customer specifications.
• Impulse Camera Store gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the remaining balance is under $10.
• Services such as labor, delivery, and installation.
• Items damaged through misuse or abuse by the customer.

(3) Defective Merchandise Exchange:

• Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided you have the original packaging and the warranty card, which must not be filled out. Without original packaging or if the warranty card is filled, the item must be sent to the manufacturer for replacement.

(4) Promotional Items and Bundles:

• Promotional items or savings from bundles will affect the refund amount. Returning a promotional item will deduct its value from your refund. Similarly, returning a part of a bundle may void the bundle discount, possibly resulting in an additional amount owed to Impulse Camera Store.

(5) Used Product Return Policy:

• Used items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as sold, with all accessories included. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the condition is not met.
• Impulse is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise, nor for any consequential or incidental damage from sold merchandise. Our responsibility is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise only.
• Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within two business days of receipt.
• Refunds & Credits: Options include item exchange or a refund for the purchase price within the return period. Refunds will follow the original payment method. Credit card refunds will process once we receive the returned item. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear. For checks, the refund check will issue no earlier than 10 business days after purchase.

Impulse Camera Store reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions, including the right to charge a restocking fee up to 15%.
