THIS PROMOTION IS VALID ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITY, RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS, MANDATORY ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF, AND LIMITS ON YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION WITHOUT CLASS RELIEF.
Eligibility
The Impulse Camera Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Employees of Impulse Camera (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent), and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein.
Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins on December 14, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 15, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. Free entries must be postmarked by January 7, 2025 to be eligible for the drawing.
Two Ways to Enter
1. Purchase at Impulse Camera:
During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $5.00 USD spent on qualifying purchases made at Impulse Camera (excludes discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges). There are no bonus entries for spending certain amounts. However, the Sponsor reserves the right to add bonus entries at any point during the Giveaway at its sole discretion. If a purchase is returned before the drawing date, associated entries will be voided. All purchases are subject to Impulse Camera’s return policy.
2. Mail-In Entry:
To receive one (1) entry without making a purchase, complete the following steps:
Handprint your complete name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address, and daytime phone number on a 3"x5" piece of paper.
Mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage to:

Limit one entry per envelope.
Entries must be handwritten.
Entries must be postmarked by January 7, 2025, and received by January 15, 2025 to be eligible.
Each mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry.
No limit on the number of mail-in entries.
Incomplete or mechanically reproduced entries will be void.
Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
Random Drawing
A random drawing will be conducted on or around January 16, 2025, to select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by an independent organization, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted via email and phone and will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release. If the winner does not respond or complete the required documentation within three (3) days, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner selected.
Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“Sony A7R V”)
The winner will receive the following prize package:

$250 Cash Prize
Total ARV for the prize package is approximately $4,149.99 USD. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees. The prize is awarded “as is” without warranty by Sponsor of any kind.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy
Sponsor and its agents will collect, use, and disclose personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of administering the Giveaway. Information collected is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
Dispute Resolution
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and entrants waive the right to participate in any class action or collective proceedings. By participating, you agree to the terms of this Dispute Resolution.
Winner’s List
The winner’s name will be publicly announced on Impulse Camera’s social media platforms and/or website on or before January 16, 2025, following verification.
